April Cope has extensive knowledge of the mountain lakes area. She is professional and responsive to her clients.

TERRIBLE Customer Service. I booked a 2 night stay for 416. The AC vents in the kid room did not work. The AC was also not cooling properly. I asked for a 140 refund and they were rude and refused any refund. Would not recommend this company.

Cope property management was a real pleasure to work with. I was on an out if town project for work and needed a short term lease to stay in while out of town. They made the process seamless and they were very transparent on how everything will be handled. They did an excellent job of working with the owner of the property and working with me since I was a special case of not being a full year lease. If you follow their contract guide lines and give them a 30 day notice when ready to leave you'll have no issues. It was very simple process leaving the property and getting my deposit back. Advise I would give would be, read your contract and document any items in the property when moving in. This will protect you and allow Cope to be aware of something you did not create. I never had any issues at the property to call upon their maintenance so I can't really rate that part of my experience. I changed out the air filter regularly and cleaned often so there wasnt any issues when leaving. My deposit came back with no issues and the lease agreement ended as agreed upon. I would recommend working and leasing with them.

I had a great experience with Cope. I rented with them for almost 2 years before buying a house of my own. They were great about working with me to find a new renters for my place when I needed to get out of my lease early and they returned my deposit promptly after I moved out. I would definitely recommend renting with them!
